Refund policy
Returns & Exchange
All devices undergo functionality tests (please see function list below) and are inspected by trained technicians. Non-Clearance devices are tested for full functions. If you receive a device that is not functional, cannot be activated, or is not as described in the listing, you may be eligible for a return and exchange or refund. You must contact us for approval and return details. We will provide a return shipping label if the device was purchased on FAFNO.COM.
Please verify with your carrier which model you need. A fully unlocked iPhone is CDMA + GSM unlocked which is generally compatible with most U.S. carriers especially Verizon and Sprint. A GSM unlocked iPhone is only compatible with carriers that use GSM technology such as AT&T and T-Mobile.
If there is an issue with the phone you receive, please reach out to us, and let us know. We usually respond by end of day the next business day. See business hours below. If you message Friday-Sunday, we will respond by end of day Monday. Our company is closed for holidays, so response times may be longer during those times.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return window. A restocking fee may apply to returns. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the phone or cancel your order, this is considered buyer’s remorse and we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund.
Before you return a phone, you must log out of all accounts, Gmail, Samsung accounts, iCloud, and Apple ID, turn off find my iPhone, and remove all passwords, face id/touch id, and passcode. Then factory reset and power off the device. If we are unable to unlock the phone, we will not be able to process your return. Please return any accessories you received with the phone.
If the device was purchased in-store, please return it to the location you purchased it from. If you purchased the device on our website, please securely package the phone to prevent damage during shipping. The returned phone must be the same one that was sent to you, and it must be returned in the same condition.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
